Small Group Training

3-6 people train at once. Get healthy together in a fun, interactive environment! Gather your friends, family or co-workers together for extra motivation and accountability.

Large Group Training

From Boot Camps to Circuit Classes, this is ideal for your workplace, friends or church. This can include members of varying fitness abilities as exercise modifications can be made to accommodate everyone.

Please note that there is a $10 surcharge per session if Becca is required to travel greater than ten miles.
